Payment, Shipping, and Return Policy

Payment Options
We accept orders online with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit card payments. We also accept orders online with PayPal. All transactions placed online are using secure technology to encrypt and protect your information during transit. We do not store any credit credit card or PayPal information.

Shipping Options
Orders are shipped primarily using USPS or Fedex. We can ship UPS as a special request. Shipments and Returns are processed by our warehouse: 907 W. Burlington Ave. Fairfield, IA 52556. We offer standard and expedited shipping for orders. The rates are determined during the checkout process. We do not charge for processing and handling.

Return Policy
All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Be sure to include the original order number with the return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must notify merchant of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
